Montauban (Aérodrome Morin-Védrines)

Montauban, also known as Aérodrome Morin-Védrines, is a joint civil-military aerodrome located two kilometers northeast of Montauban in the Tarn-et-Garonne department of the Occitanie region, France. Established in 1911, the facility is owned by the municipality of Montauban. Civil management is administered by the Aéro-Club Montalbanais, an organization founded at the airfield in 1931.

The airfield supports both public air traffic and the French Army Light Aviation (ALAT). The military presence consists of the 9e régiment de soutien aéromobile (9th Aeromobile Support Regiment), specifically its transport and equipment ferry squadron, alongside a detachment of the 3e régiment du matériel (3rd Materiel Regiment). The ALAT operates Pilatus PC-6 Porter aircraft from this location. Civil aviation activities encompass light aviation, helicopter operations, and parachuting, supported by local entities including the Aéroclub Occitan and an amateur builders association.

Operating as an uncontrolled airfield, radio communications are conducted via self-announcement in French. Ground infrastructure includes aircraft parking aprons, hangars, and a refueling station supplying 100LL aviation fuel and lubricants.
