Bückeburg Air Base, also known as Heeresflugplatz Bückeburg, is an active military installation located in Germany. Established in 1946, the base is operated by the German Army Aviation Corps.
The installation hosts the Internationales Hubschrauberausbildungszentrum (International Helicopter Training Centre), which was renamed from the Heeresfliegerwaffenschule on July 1, 2015. Operations at the facility include flight-simulator and ground training for helicopter personnel.
